Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important part of the day and better is if it is a with a spectacular view of Etna. You can enjoy from the comfort of your room overlooking the old bell towers of Linguaglossa, in our kitchen or dining room or in the summer times in the garden. We serve seasonal fruits from our farm, fresh-pressed oranges juices and wide selection of cakes and home baked bread. You will drink the finest tea from England and coffee from Africa or Brazil. Breakfast needs to be booked beforehand and it is served from 8.30-10:00. Alternative times are available too.

At Palazzo Previtera, guests can also request a chef service who will prepare meals for you. Our dinner menu develops according to season and we offer a variety of dishes inspired by the Previtera's family cook book. Many member of the family studied in Tuscany, Malta and Switzerland and brought back Sicily the European values of sustainability and French dining techniques.
