The holiday season opens with the Christmas Market at Palazzo Previtera: among the palace courtyards you will find producers and artisans from Sicily and Calabria.
Ceramics, textiles, traditional sweets, and small handmade wonders: an opportunity to discover stories, flavors, and authentic gifts, immersed in the warm Christmas atmosphere.

The Christmas Eve Dinner on December 24 will be an intimate and special moment of sharing, where tradition meets creativity in every dish.

The St. Stephen’s Day Lunch on December 26 will bring us together again around a menu that celebrates conviviality and the authenticity of local products, in an environment that feels like home.
✨ December 31: The Grand New Year’s Eve Dinner
To welcome 2025, Alberto and Kaita present a tasting menu that tells the story of the region, accompanied by volcanic wines and Etna brut sparkling wines.
The evening will be enlivened by soft music, to toast together and imagine the new 2026 with lightness and joy.

On the first day of the year, we will gather for a relaxed and flavorful lunch, to greet each other and start a new cycle together, with the slowness and beauty that only Etna’s nature can offer.
