Palazzo Previtera inaugurates the new intimate 20-seat restaurant, called Previtera Kitchen and led by Sicilian Chef Alberto Carpinteri, coming from the two Michelin star restaurant Ciccio Sultano. He will offer a five-course tasting menu that reinterprets Sicilian cuisine using local ingredients, all within a sophisticated and minimalist aesthetic.

On August 14, Previtera Kitchen opens its doors for a special evening celebrating the authentic flavors of Etna and the unique atmosphere of Ferragosto in Sicily.
In the heart of Linguaglossa, among the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the breeze coming down from Etna, we await you for an outdoor barbecue, designed to enhance the best local ingredients with simplicity and taste.
To accompany the evening, a selection of natural wines from Etna, carefully chosen to tell the story of the territory in every glass.
The soundtrack will be curated by Valentina Pahor, DJ and sound designer, who with her set will accompany the sunset and light up the night with sophisticated and engaging vibes.
